Cleaning and Maintenance Services


We offer the following maintenance and cleaning services for 5% of the taxable revenue* for the property.



So what is Included ?

  • Organising cleaners and linen services for each changeover.
  • Provide and maintain an onsite supply of replacement items e.g. plates, glasses, bulbs, lamps, toaster
  • Replace other broken items as required.
  • Replace Lost keys
  • Regular Window cleaning
  • Steam Cleaning carpets/rugs as required.
  • Gardening services
  • Providing maintenance cover for issues, faults and repairs (contact via email or phone). Faults and issues will be rectified by phone if possible, at no extra charge e.g. blown fuses or heating issues. A maintenance engineer will be on call if required for on-site emergencies or routine maintenance during changeovers.
  • Typical maintenance tasks include:
  • Fixing /replacing broken toilet seats
  • Fixing leaking showers
  • Fixing broken chairs
  • Painting / Jet washing (on empty weeks or out of season)
  • Other maintenance / property improvements as required


And What is Excluded ?

  • The 5% does not include the cost of the maintenance engineer if he is called out or the cost of cleaning and linen and gardening services or of items replaced or supplied.


*Taxable revenue excludes commission paid to Booking.com, Airbnb etc where it is deducted at source.
